Travel to Arusha, Tanzania

Please visit the Tanzania National Website for visa application procedures. Nationals of most countries can receive their visa upon arrival. Exceptions are Sudan, Senegal, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Libya. You are advised to check with your travel agent on your own specific requirements.

Workshop participants should plan to fly into and out of the Kilimanjaro International Airport (airport code JRO) by arranging your flights via airlines such as Air Tanzania, Kenya Airways, Rwanda Air, Precision Air, KLM, or Ethiopian Air.

Accommodations

A block of single rooms have been reserved at the Impala Hotel at USD60/night (w/breakfast). If you are a confirmed workshop participant and wish to reserve a room, please contact us.
