Transportation   The symposium will be held at the convention center in Hoam Faculty House at Seoul National University (SNU). There are several ways you can get to the convention center from Incheon International Airport (ICN) or from Kimpo International Airport (GMP). Directions are as follows:   1. From ICN to SNU Hoam Faculty House Take a taxi at the airport directly to SNU Hoam Faculty House. Show this to your taxi-driver. It will take about an hour. The fare will be about KRW 45,000 (~= USD 50) for standard taxi and about KRW 80,000 (~= USD 90) for deluxe taxi.   2. From ICN to Seoul National University Station to SNU Hoam Faculty House ICN to Seoul National Univ. Station (18 stops) Take the Airport Limousine Bus (No. 603) at the bus stop 6B, 13A to Seoul National Univ. Station. Show this to a bus-driver. The bus comes every 15 min and the fare is KRW 7,500 (~= USD 8). It takes about 1 hr 40 min. Seoul National Univ. Station to SNU Hoam Faculty House Take a taxi to SNU Hoam Faculty House. Show this to your taxi-driver.   3. From ICN to Gangnam Terminal to SNU Hoam Faculty House ICN to Gangnam Terminal (non-stop) Take the Airport Limousine Bus (Gangnam Terminal) at the bus stop 4A, 10A to Gangnam Terminal. The bus comes every 10 min and the fare is KRW 13,000 (~= USD 8). It takes about 1 hr. Gangnam Terminal to SNU Hoam Faculty House Take a taxi to SNU Hoam Faculty House. Show this to your taxi-driver.   4. From GMP to SNU Hoam Faculty House By Bus Take the Airport Limousine Bus (No. 603) at the bus stop to Seoul National Univ. Station. Show this to a bus-driver. The bus comes every 15 min and the fare is KRW 7,500 (~= USD 8). It takes about 1 hr. Get off at Seoul National Univ. Station and take a taxi to SNU Hoam Faculty House. Show this to your taxi-driver. By Taxi There are two kinds of taxies in Seoul, black-colored and silver-colored. The black-colored one called ‘Mobum-taxi’ is more expensive (about twice) than the silver-colored one but better in service and reliable. Mobum-taxi fare from the airport to Hoam Faculty House (Hoam Convention Center) will be around 20,000-30,000 won depending on traffic. By Subway Take line 5 (purple) at GMP (Station #512) and then transfer to Line 2 (green) at Yongdungpo-gu Office (Station #523 on Line 5; Station #36 on Line 2). Take off at Naksungdae (Station #27), which is the very next station after Seoul National University (Station #28), and come up to ground level through Exit No. 4. You will find a gas station on your left. Take a shuttle bus behind the gas station to Hoam Faculty House (Hoam Convention Center). Subway ticket will cost 900 KRW and the shuttle bus fare is 700 KRW. It will take about 5 min to get to Hoam Faculty House.
