Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing through e-mail, fax, or mail sent to the symposium secretariat.
Before August 31, 2007, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. Refunds are not possible after August 31, 2007. All bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note that refund will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
